Our liver is the hardest working but the least valuable Organ. Everyone talks about other things like having a healthy heart, losing weight, and getting glowing skin. On the other hand, our liver is the hardest working body, performing 500 or more functions ranging from storing sugar, minerals, and vitamins to providing energy to the body. It also regulates cholesterol production and excretion, among other things. Bile from the gallbladder is stored in the liver, which helps in the breakdown of lipids.

Like the heart, the liver is also stressed, but unlike the heart, signs of liver damage appear later. When the liver is tense and lethargic, stress manifests itself. Through this ***** all foreign cells are filtered.

So, how can we tell if our liver is in trouble?

Here are seven major indicators of the filtered liver that should not be ignored:

1. Due to the stress of the liver, your skin color changes:

Have you noticed any discoloration on your skin? If you answer yes, you have the first indicator of a liver problem. If your skin turns pale or pale with blue, if your nails or fingers turn yellow or your eyes turn yellow, there is a growing problem. The color changes as the body are unable to expel toxins. When these toxins accumulate over time, they cause jaundice under the skin, resulting in discoloration.

2. Digestive problems:

Do you regularly suffer from bloating and constipation? If you have regular indigestion, it is a symptom of the strained liver. You may also have gas and abdominal pain due to bloating. Pitta is unable to digest food and moisturizes the intestines, which happens.

3. Symptoms of Liver Stress Body aches and pains:

The liver cleanses the blood and also makes fresh blood. On the other hand, when under pressure, the liver is unable to provide new blood flow to muscles, tissues, and tendons. This reduces our flexibility, resulting in pain in the upper back and burning eyes. This type of pain can make you tired if you do this regularly.

4. Fatigue:

Do you constantly feel tired? It is a sign of persistent fatigue and a sign that the liver is under stress. The liver is under a lot of stress when the body tries to repair the damage. As the body works harder, it puts pressure on other organs and leads to fatigue. At this point, it is a good idea to have your liver tested.

5. Change in color of Urine:

Is your urine a different color than the usual color? If you answer yes, you may not be getting enough water, resulting in darker stools. There is also the possibility of bloodstains on it. However, if you start drinking water and these factors change, everything will be fine. If not, do not seek medical help immediately.

6. Mood Swings:

When we are sad or anxious, we experience emotional turmoil. As a result, whenever the liver is stressed, it affects our mental health. When the liver is distressed, feelings such as anger, impatience, irritability, and depression are typical. Worse, it has the potential to weaken your decision-making ability and trigger brain fog. It can also cause anger and harsh temper tantrums.

7. Keep an eye out for these warning signs:

Symptoms include tingling in the ears, difficulty sleeping, dizziness, blurred vision, allergies, internal or intestinal bleeding, chemical sensitivity, sudden weight loss, and spider veins.

8. Lack of appetite:

Loss of interest in food is another symptom of a liver problem. Loss of appetite is a sign of an underlying health problem that should never be ignored.

9. Irregular sleep cycles:

Although unstable sleep patterns are prevalent in millennials due to stressful lifestyles, a study has suggested that liver cirrhosis may be the cause of strange sleep habits in many patients.

10. Weak memory:

Internally, when your liver is exhausted, your organs cannot detoxify your blood. When toxins are not removed from the blood promptly, hepatic encephalopathy develops, leading to brain growth that causes memory loss. If you have hepatic encephalopathy, you may struggle with concentration.

11. Skin itching:

Cirrhosis of the liver is indicated by abnormalskin itching.

12. Sudden weight gain:

Cirrhosis of the liver occurs gradually in the body, instead of healthy liver tissue, problems begin to occur. This reduces the amount of blood flowing through the liver, making it more difficult for the organs to function effectively.

If you experience any of these symptoms or are unsure about experiencing some of them, seek medical attention. Consult your doctor or liver specialist today. Also, it is best to practice health checkups regularly.
